Metro's Office of Real Estate and Development manages the Joint Development program and is pleased to offer the following Joint Development opportunities.  These opportunities foster a dynamic built environment while supporting local economic development and ridership. Metro is seeking qualified development teams and innovative development plans that address Metro's infrastructure and site needs, where applicable, while also realizing the potential for new development uses.

In 2023, the Board of Directors approved the issuance of solicitations for 6 Metro sites as part of our ambitious goal of completing 20 new joint development agreements by 2032, as outlined in the 10-Year Strategic Plan for Joint Development.  Solicitations includes an overview of the zoning and land use framework as well as Metro's solicitation process and transit requirements. In some cases, Metro has conducted Compact Public Hearings in advance of the solicitation.  The Compact Public Hearing's staff report, and the Board approval of the staff report will be made  in the Appendices.
