Unused Unlimited Monthly passes during COVID-19
If you have an unused or partially used pass, please call SmarTrip Customer Service at 888-SMARTRIP (888-762-7874) to let us know. Metro is closely following the COVID-19 public health emergency and will announce credit plans for our customers once Metro service returns back to normal.
