Metro is seeking a qualified developer to design and construct a residential and/or commercial development on a .51-acre property located at 2403 - 2415 Mill Road in the City of Alexandria, .3 miles from the Eisenhower Avenue Metrorail Station (Yellow Line) and adjacent to WMATA's newest office building, home to 1,400 WMATA employees.
