Synopsis
RFP No. FQ15067/RSC – Bench Test Validate 117 5-Camera CCTV Replacement Systems, Remove Existing Systems and Install Validated 5-Camera CCTV Replacement Systems On-Board METRO Buses
The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) is soliciting the services of a qualified contractor to bench test validate WMATA furnished equipment, 117 5-Camera CCTV Replacement Systems, uninstall existing GE CCTV system and install WMATA's furnished equipment, validated 5-Camera CCTV Replacement Systems, on-board METRO buses.
This requirement has been designated as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) set-aside.
A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on February 20, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, Montgomery Bus Division, 5400 Marinelli Road, Rockville, MD 20852. All questions must be submitted in writing to Ms. Ruby S. Coley via email rcoley@wmata.com. Questions submitted in writing prior to 02/19/2015 may have answers provided at the Pre-Proposal Conference.
Proposals are due March 27, 2015 no later than 3:00 p.m. at WMATA, Carmen E. Turner Maintenance and Training Facility, Office of Procurement and Materials, 3500 Pennsy Drive, Building B, Room B-107, Landover, MD 20785.
