Pay
We offer a starting salary of $74,505 for entry level police officer positions.
Lateral Entry
Applicants with prior law enforcement will be offered a starting salary that is commensurate with their years of experience to a maximum of five years. The maximum starting salary is currently $91,906.
Lateral Salary Range (based on prior police or military police experience):
- $77,187 - 2 years
- $79,734 - 3 years
- $83,821 - 4 years
- $91,906 - 5 years
Applicants with military, corrections and higher education may also qualify for higher entry level salaries not to exceed $91,906.
