Weekday service adjustments for maintenance November 11-15

Highlights

After 10:00 p.m. service:

Red Line Regular service levels

Silver Line Trains every 24 minutes between Wiehle-Reston East and Ballston only

Orange Line Blue Line Yellow Line Green Line Trains every 24 minutes

Passengers at stations impacted by service adjustments should follow Passenger Information Display signs, station announcements or consult a Station Manager for any boarding location changes.


Red Line Red Line
Weeknight: Regular service (trains every 15 minutes)

Tuesday- Thursday, 10:00 p.m. until closing, Red Line trains will single track between Dupont Circle and Van Ness to allow for installation of cable/communication equipment to support cellular service in tunnels and new radio system.

Orange Line Orange Line
Weeknight:
Trains every 24 minutes

Tuesday - Thursday, 10:00 p.m. until closing, Orange Line trains will single track between Foggy Bottom and Clarendon to allow for rail renewal & maintenance.


Silver Line Silver Line
Weeknight: Trains every 24 minutes

Tuesday - Thursday, 10:00 p.m. until closing, Silver Line trains will operate between Wiehle-Reston East and Ballston only. Customers traveling to/from other stations should use Orange and/or Blue line trains to complete their trip. At Ballston, transfer between Silver and Orange line trains on the same platform.


Blue Line Blue Line
Weeknight: Trains every 24 minutes

Tuesday - Thursday, 10:00 p.m. until closing, Blue Line trains will single track between Foggy Bottom and Arlington Cemetery to allow for rail renewal & maintenance.


Yellow Line Yellow Line
Weeknight: Trains every 24 minutes

Tuesday - Thursday, 10:00 p.m. until closing, Yellow Line trains will single track between U Street and Georgia Ave-Petworth to allow for the installation of fire line standpipe.


Green Line Green Line
Weeknight: Trains every 24 minutes

Tuesday - Thursday, 10:00 p.m. until closing, Green Line trains will single track between U Street and Georgia Ave-Petworth to allow for the installation of fire line standpipe.
