On January 20, Metrobuses will detour or turnback from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, due to the 2023 March for Life rally. Customers are encouraged to plan ahead and allow additional travel time.

• Constitution Ave from 14th St to 2nd St, NE
• Pennsylvania Ave from 7th St, to 3rd St, NW
• 12th St from Penn Ave, to Madison Dr, NW
• 12th Street Tunnel
• 10th St from Penn Ave to Constitution Ave, NW
• 9th St from Penn Ave to Constitution Ave, NW
• 9th Street Tunnel
• 7th St from Penn Ave, NW to Independence Ave, SW
• 6th St from Penn Ave, NW to Constitution Ave, NW
• 4th St from Penn Ave, NW to Independence Ave, SW
• 3rd St from C St to Independence Ave, SW
The following routes will detour:
3F Langston Blvd- McPherson Sq eastbound toward Franklin Square
- Buses begin detouring on Constitution Ave NW at 18th St, ending route at a bus stop located on I St NW at 13th St (Stop ID#1001187).
3F Langston Blvd- McPherson Sq westbound toward East Falls Church
- Buses begin route at a stop located on I St NW at 13th St (Stop ID#1001187), resuming regular route E St NW at 19th St.
32, 36 Pennsylvania Avenue eastbound toward Southern Ave Station/Naylor Rd Station
- Buses begin detouring on Pennsylvania Ave NW at 11th St, resuming regular route on Pennsylvania Ave SE at 4th St.
32, 36 Pennsylvania Avenue westbound toward Potomac Park/Friendship Heights Station
- Buses begin detouring on Pennsylvania Ave SE at 6th St, resuming regular route on Pennsylvania Ave NW at 9th St.
33 Wisconsin Avenue
- Buses will operate between Friendship Heights Station and a bus stop located on Pennsylvania Ave NW at 10th St (Stop ID# 1000948).
52 14th Street
- Buses begin detouring on 14th St NW at F St, ending route at a bus stop located on D St SW at 6th St (Stop ID# 1003599)
59 14th St Limited
- Buses will operate between Takoma Station and a bus stop located on E St NW at 11th St (Stop ID#1003830).
63, 64 Takoma -Petworth/ Fort Totten – Federal Triangle
- Buses will operate between Takoma – Georgia Ave Petworth and a bus stop located on 11th St NW at G St (Stop ID#1001068).
70, 79 Georgia Ave-7th Street
- Buses will operate between Silver Spring Station and a bus stop located on 7th St NW at F St (Stop ID #1003417).
- Buses begin detouring on 7th St roadway at the SE Freeway, resuming regular route on 7th St NW at E St.
74 Convention Ctr-SW Waterfront southbound toward Buzzard Park
- Buses begin detouring on 7th St NW at E St, resuming regular route on 7th St SW at E St.
P6 Anacostia- Eckington northbound toward Rhode Island Ave Station
- Buses begin detouring on I St SW at 4th St, resuming regular route on 11th St NW at E St.
P6 Anacostia-Eckington southbound toward Anacostia Station
- Buses begin detouring on 11th St NW at E St, resuming regular route on I St SW at 4th St.
S2 16th Street
- Buses will operate between Silver Spring Station and a bus stop located on 11th St NW at E St (Stop ID#1001018).
