Metrobuses will detour due to the 2022 Juneteenth Resilience Celebration. Please allow additional travel time and avoid the area if possible. Consider Metrorail as an alternate travel option.

Street Closures:

• 48th St between Hayes Street & Nannie Helen Burroughs Ave, NE

• Nannie Helen Burroughs Ave between 48th St & 49th St NE

The following routes will detour:

V2, V4 Capitol Heights - Minnesota Ave eastbound to Capitol Heights Station

• Buses begin detouring on Minnesota Ave NE at Nannie Helen Burroughs Ave, resuming route on Nannie Helen Burroughs Ave NE at Division Ave.

 V2, V4 Capitol Heights - Minnesota Ave westbound to Navy Yard-Ballpark Station/Anacostia Station

• Buses begin detouring on Nannie Helen Burroughs Ave NE at Division Ave, resuming route on Minnesota Ave NE at Nannie Helen Burroughs Ave.
