Plan your summer 2021 trip using Metro's Trip Planner

From Saturday, May 29 through Monday, September 6, 2021, Greenbelt, College Park-U of Md, Prince George's Plaza and West Hyattsville stations on the Green and Yellow lines will be closed. We encourage you to plan your trip now, using the Trip Planner at wmata.com/tripplanner. 

To use the Trip Planner:
  • enter your starting and ending destination
  • click “more options”
  • change the date to May 29 to view the shuttle options for your trip.
If applicable, bus options may also appear that would be more convenient for your trip. Also, if you need help planning your trip, Live Chat agents are available Monday-Friday from 7 AM-7PM, excluding holidays. Just click the button on the page that says "Chat Live With Us."

The station closures are part of Metro's Platform Improvement Project that will completely reconstruct the outdoor platforms at 20 Metrorail stations, making platforms safer and more accessible for customers with disabilities, while also addressing safety concerns and longstanding structural issues.
