Synopsis
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) regarding vendor capabilities in several aspects of an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system for WMATA. WMATA is seeking solutions and budgetary estimates for its Enterprise-wide IVR needs. WMATA’s primary objectives in pursuing this outsourcing is to capitalize on vendor's experience in designing, implementing, and supporting the IVR system. The purpose of this RFI is to solicit information that will enable WMATA to determine industry participation in response to the release of a possible future Request for Proposal (RFP). This is a Request for Information only and your response is not an offer. This Request for Information does not commit WMATA to any incurred costs in preparation of any submission to this notice, or to contract for services and it is issued for WMATA Market Research purposes only.
