Synopsis
The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) submits this Request for Information (RFI) from those qualified entities (Contractor/Respondent) interested in engineering design and build-out or purchase to specifications of Power Supply Systems suitable for Transit Industry service operating in a Railroad Signaling Equipment environment (Train Control Room-TCR). Interested entities must demonstrate the ability to manufacture the above mentioned power supply systems as described in the provided performance specification.
The purpose of this RFI is to solicit information that will enable WMATA to determine industry participation in response to the release of a future Invitation for Bid (IFB).
