Synopsis
The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) requests your bid for the furnishing of labor, materials, equipment, tools, project management, supervision, engineering, quality control, testing, transportation, safety, appurtenances and other items necessary for the work contained in the IFB “Multi-Step sealed bidding process. This two-phase process consists of the following. 1st Phase Technical – Bidders submit unpriced technical offers to be evaluated for qualifications. 2nd Phase Price bids will be considered for only those qualifying bidders whose qualifications are found acceptable in the 1st phase. For more details - please see the attached cover letter. Bid Documents are available in pdf format can be downloaded free of charge. Only Volume I & Volume II are posted for your review.
