Synopsis
The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) requires the services of a qualified contractor to provide leasing services for a fleet of multifunction devices (“MFD”). WMATA expects to enter into leasing agreements with one or more vendor for these devices. The expected term of the lease agreement for MFD equipment is five years to include one base year, and four option year periods.
The successful vendor(s) will not only offer MFDs, software, and support as stated in this Statement of Work (SOW), they shall be able to meet the implementation deadline with a clearly articulated plan for installation, deployment, and training on the new MFDs, and be willing to work with WMATA and the incumbent vendors to retire current hardware and install requisite software.

Your proposal must be received with all required submittals as stated in the RFP, no later than 2:00PM, 2/10/17, at WMATA, Office of Procurement and Materials, 600 Fifth Street, NW, Room 3C-02, Washington, DC 20001-2651.
