Synopsis
Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) is seeking bids from vendors and re-sellers to provide audio visual equipment for our bus training rooms, installation and training services. NOTE: The IFB contains a three (3%) percent DBE goal/requirement.
A pre-bid conference will not be held. Your company’s bid must be submitted in accordance with the IFB’s terms and delivered to WMATA’s, Office of Procurement and Materials, 600 Fifth Street, NW, Room 3C-02, Washington, DC 20001-2651, no later than 2:00 p.m. on October 19, 2016.
If you have any questions, Technical, Contractual or Administrative please email them to the Contract Administrator, Robert Dixon at rdixon@wmata.com no later than 12:00 PM, November 2, 2016. WMATA will provide written answers, by email to all those who obtain the IFB and provide their email addresses.
