Synopsis
Dear Sir/Madam: The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority’s (WMATA) seeks an organization(s) to serve as a strategic executive advisor to the WMATA General Manager/Chief Executive Officer (GM/CEO) with a dotted line to the Board of Directors through a Special Task Force consisting of 4 Board members(composed of members from each of DC, MD, VA and the federal government) appointed by the Board’s Executive Committee and shall represent the Board in all dealings with the Consultant. The advisor shall provide expertise and advice regarding organizational restructure and realignment initiatives, financial and operational business processes, change management, crisis management, and public relations management. If you have any questions, Technical, Contractual, or Administrative, please e-mail them to ARRobertson@wmata.com no later than Close of Business, November 16, 2015. WMATA will provide written answers on our website at www.wmata.com. If an amendment is issued resulting from questions and answers, it will be posted on our website. Prospective Offerors shall provide its proposal in accordance with the format detailed herein and not later than 12:00PM (Eastern Time) December 4, 2015.
