Synopsis
The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) seeks to purchase/renew the EMC Documentum Maintenance and Support contract. Having continuous support for Documentum is crucial to the Authority to receive patch upgrades and product support as needed. The annual support also ensures that WMATA is using Documentum legally. NOTE: The IFB contains a zero (0%) percent DBE Goal requirement. This Contract is part of the Authority’s Small Business and Local Preference Program (SBLPP).
