Synopsis
The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) requires the services of one (1) to four (4) on-call consultants to assist the WMATA’s office of External Relations in the new Public Participation standards with its public communications and outreach.
WMATA is soliciting to pre-qualify one (1) to four (4) consultant to enter into a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) whereby the selected firm/s is to compete for multiple Task Orders on an “as needed” and “as requested” basis.
