Synopsis
RFP No. FQ15186/RSC – Bus CCTV On-Board Surveillance System
The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (Metro) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractor to provide labor, equipment, parts, software and hardware to de-install old bus CCTV surveillance systems and install new bus CCTV on-board surveillance systems on 1,031 buses over a five-year replacement plan in accordance with WMATA's Scope of Work.
After downloading this solicitation you are required to email your company's name, point contact, address, phone number, fax number and email address to rcoley@wmata.com with the subject reading “Downloaded RFP FQ15186/RSC - Bus CCTV On-Board Surveillance System”.
Proposals are due on July 1, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. at WMATA, WMATA, Office of Procurement and Materials, 600 Fifth Street, NW, Room 3C-02, Washington, DC 20001.
PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE: WMATA will hold a Pre-Proposal Conference on Monday, May 11, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at WMATA, Carmen E. Turner Maintenance and Training Facility (CTF), 3500 Pennsy Drive, Room D-121, Landover, MD 20785. Please confirm the number of representatives from your firm that will be attending at rcoley@wmata.com. The subject line of your email should read: Pre-Proposal Conference – RFP No. FQ15186/RSC. Parking is not available at CTF; therefore, contractors will have to park at New Carrollton Metro Station or at one of the two public parking facilities.
All questions must be submitted in writing to Ms. Ruby S. Coley via email rcoley@wmata.com. Questions submitted in writing prior to May 7, 2015 may have answers provided at the Pre-Proposal Conference.
