Synopsis

The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) requires the services of a qualified contractor to provide a range of services will include title examination, settlement, escrow, title insurance, eminent domain support and other specialized title services on an as-needed basis in the District of Columbia, the State of Maryland, and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
