Synopsis
The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) requires the services of a qualified contractor to provide commercial property inspection services for potential property acquisitions as part of The Office of Real Estate & Station Planning’s (LAND) acquisition due diligence process. Within the next 24 months, LAND will be performing due diligence on at least three properties it may acquire.
This solicitation and resulting contract will be administered under the Small Business Enterprise {SBE) provisions of the U.S. Department of Transportation's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise {DBE) Program pursuant to 49 CFR 26.39.
