Synopsis
The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) requires the services of a qualified contractor to provide a variety of career & professional training programs and services for Rail Transportation employees. NAICS Code 611430 If you have any questions, Technical, Contractual, or Administrative, please e-mail them to cdsmith1@wmata.com no later than Close of Business, February 13, 2015. WMATA will provide written answers, by e-mail to all those who obtain the RFP and provide their e-mail addresses.
Your proposal must be received with all required submittals as stated in the RFP, no later than 2:00 p.m., March 5, 2015, at WMATA, Office of Procurement and Materials, 600 Fifth Street, NW, Room 301-F, Washington, DC 20001-2651.
Please note that Offerors are cautioned that this is a “Technically Acceptable Low Price” Request for Proposal (RFP): Therefore, to be eligible for award consideration Offerors must comply with the Solicitation Instructions, Section 20 “Proposal Evaluation Criteria”. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in proposals being determined technically unacceptable.
Additionally, please be advised that all vendors and contractors who do business with the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) must register in the WMATA Vendor Registration System.
