Metro to increase bus service levels after snow event

Metro has increased service levels from a severe snow plan to a moderate snow plan after assessing road conditions. Some routes will run regular service while others will have detours. Please check WMATA.com and BusETA for your specific route information.

If weather and road conditions deteriorate, some service may be reduced to ensure the safety of customers, our staff, and the general public.

Customers should continue to use caution at bus stops, on platforms, escalators, parking lots, and other areas exposed to the elements.
