Temporary Detour: Construction on New York Ave on May 2

On Saturday, May 2, from 5:00am to 6:00pm, buses will detour due to construction on New York Ave, NW between 11th and 12th St. Please allow additional travel time and avoid the area if possible. Please sign up for MetroAlerts at www.wmata.com/metroalerts for service information.

Street Closure:

  • Eastbound New York Ave, NW btwn 11th and 12th St.

 

The following routes will detour:

D80 Wisconsin Ave-Union Station northbound towards Friendship Heights

  • No detour required.

 

D80 Wisconsin Ave-Union Station southbound towards Union Station

  • Buses begin detouring on New York Ave, NW at H St, resuming regular route on New York Ave, NW at 9th St.
