Route Affected: 70 

On Monday, July 22, from 11:30pm until 12:30am, buses will detour due to the IU concert at Capital One Arena. Please allow additional travel time and avoid the area if possible. 

Street Closure: 

• Buses will detour due to heavy vehicular and foot traffic from special events. 

The following route will detour: 

70 Georgia Avenue-7th Street northbound towards Silver Spring Station 

• Buses begin detouring on 7th St NW at E St, resuming regular route on 7th St NW at L St. 

70 Georgia Avenue-7th Street southbound towards Archives 

• Buses begin detouring on 7th St NW at K St, resuming regular route on 7th St NW at Constitution Ave.
