Temporary Detour: Arlington Ridge Bridge on May 16

Routes Affected: A11, A12 

From Saturday, May 16 through Saturday, May 23, weekdays from 8:30am to 3:00pm and Saturdays 6:30am to 5:00pm, buses will detour because of construction. Please allow additional travel time and avoid the area if possible.

Street Closures: 

• Mt Vernon Ave from S Glebe Rd to W Glebe Rd 

The following routes will detour: 

A11 Pentagon - Huntington northbound towards Pentagon 

Buses begin detouring on Mt Vernon Ave at W Glebe Rd and continue along S Glebe Rd, servicing all Route A12 stops. Additional stops will be made at: 

• W Glebe Rd at Mt Vernon Ave (Stop ID #4001050) 

• W Glebe Rd at Executive Ave (Stop ID #4000777)  

Buses will resume regular route on S Arlington Ridge Rd at S Lang St. 

A11 Pentagon - Huntington southbound towards Huntington  

Buses begin detouring on S Arlington Ridge Rd at S Glebe Rd and continue along S Glebe Rd, servicing all Route A12 stops. Additional service will be provided at: 

• W Glebe Rd at Executive Ave (Stop ID #4000776) 

Buses will resume regular route on Mt Vernon Ave at W Glebe Rd. 

A12 Ballston – Hunting Point northbound towards Ballston 

Buses begin detouring on Mt Vernon Ave at W Glebe Rd, servicing the following stops: 

• W Glebe Rd at Mt Vernon Ave (Stop ID #4001050) 

• W Glebe Rd at Executive Ave (Stop ID #4000777) 

Buses will resume regular route at Shirlington Bay D. 

A12 Ballston – Hunting Point southbound towards Hunting Point 

Buses begin detouring on S Glebe Rd at W Glebe Rd, servicing the stop at: 

• W Glebe Rd at Executive Ave (Stop ID #4000776) 

Buses will resume regular route on Mt Vernon Ave at W Glebe Rd.
