Lost or damaged reduced fare Smart Trip or Metro Access ID

If your reduced fare Smart Trip card or Metro Access ID card is lost or damaged, you can get it replaced.
Fees for replacement
A fee of $10.00 is charged for the first replacement and $25.00 for each subsequent replacement.
The fee may be waived if you provide a police report documenting the theft, or if the card is damaged.
Requesting a replacement
The Transit Accessibility Center manages replacement cards. You can request a replacement either in person or by mail.
To request a replacement, you'll need:
- A valid government issued photo identification
- The correct fee
- In-person request can be paid with cash, credit, or debit
- Mail requests must be paid with Cashier's Check or Money Order
- The damaged card (if applicable)
