Request for Proposals (#25-01)

Metro is seeking qualified real estate brokerage firms through this Request for Proposals ("RFP") to provide professional services across three key categories: (i) leasing and landlord representation for retail properties, (ii) excess property disposition and seller representation, and (iii) property and lease acquisitions including tenant representation. This RFP invites experienced firms to support Metro's strategic real estate initiatives as it continues to evolve its transit infrastructure and optimize its property portfolio.

Metro's real estate strategy is aligned with its Strategic Transformation Plan, Your Metro, The Way Forward, which guides the agency's priorities over the next five years. As Metro adapts to post-pandemic mobility patterns and works to regain ridership, the selected brokerage partners will play a critical role in ensuring that Metro's real estate assets are managed effectively, transparently, and in the public interest.

Respondents may submit proposals for one or more service categories, and Metro reserves the right to award contracts to different firms for each category.
