Rush Hour Promise

In 2018, Metro is becoming more accountable. If your rush hour trip on Metro is delayed by 15 minutes or more, the ride is on us!

For Metrorail, the process is automatic. No need to contact us to request a credit. For Metrobus, request a Rush Hour Promise credit request here
