Group trainings and outreach events
Upon request, TAC trainers can present to groups and organizations and attend public events to talk about accessible travel, and distribute resources.
Possible services include:
- Presentations, display tables and Question & Answers sessions regarding accessible transportation
- Tours of a Metro station to promote and identify the accessibility and safety features
- Bus demonstrations on accessibility (available to groups of 20 or more)
- Distribution of printed resources
- Large Print Pocket Guides
- Tips for Riding Metro for Senior Citizens and People with or without Disabilities
- Accessible Options for People with Disabilities and Senior Citizens
- Issue Senior Smart Trip cards
