Metro is seeking a qualified developer to design and construct a mixed-use development on approximately a 3.4-acre property located at 720 North West Street in the City of Alexandria, VA next to the Braddock Rd Metro Station.

Proposal Submission
Developers must submit an electronic copy of their response in PDF format, with the exception of a copy of the Financial Pro Forma in an editable Excel file, no later than 5:00 P.M.
