The Office of Supply Chain Warehousing and Logistics (Investment Recovery) is located in Landover, Maryland.
Investment Recovery is responsible for the divestment of WMATA’s distressed inventory using various disposition methods.
The Investment Recovery facility operates from 6:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday. Visits to the Investment Recovery facility for viewing of merchandise to be sold, the pick up of sold material, and external customer visits must be scheduled with the Investment Recovery Team, SCWL_WPRDS@wmata.com or 202-962-2636.
The primary auction method used is www.GovDeals.com/wmata. Prospective buyers are encouraged to make on-site inspections prior to the finalization of a sale.
All sales are final. No refunds. No returns.
In an effort to protect sensitive and or personal data, unclaimed returnable electronic devices (i.e., cell phones, laptop, and tablets) will be destroyed.
