Temporary Detour: Rock the Block

Routes Affected: F23, F50

On Friday, September 25, from 5:00pm to 11:59pm, buses will detour due to Rock the Block. Please allow additional travel time and avoid the area if possible.

Street Closure:

• University Dr between Main St and North St

The following routes will detour:

F23 Little River Tpk – George Mason eastbound towards King St-Old Town

• Buses begin detouring on Chain Bridge Rd at Armstrong St, resuming regular route on Main St at East St.

F23 Little River Tpk – George Mason westbound towards George Mason

• Buses begin detouring on Main St at Old Lee Highway, resuming regular route on University Dr at South St.

F50 Washington Blvd eastbound towards Ballston

• Buses begin detouring on Chain Bridge Rd at Armstrong St, resuming regular route on Blenheim Blvd at Fairfax Commons.

F50 Washington Blvd westbound towards George Mason

• Buses begin detouring on Blenheim Blvd at North St, resuming regular route on University Dr at South St.
