Temporary Detour: Purple Line Construction on Fenton St

On Monday, October 5, through Friday, October 16, from 9:00pm-5:00am nightly, buses will detour due to construction for the Purple Line project. Please allow additional travel time and avoid the area if possible. 

 

Street Closures:

 

  • Intersection of Fenton St and Wayne Ave

 

The following route will detour: 

P30 New Carrollton-Silver Spring eastbound towards New Carrollton

  • Buses begin detouring on Ramsey Ave at Wayne Ave, resuming regular route on Philadelphia Ave at Chicago Ave.

 

P30 New Carrollton-Silver Spring westbound towards Silver Spring

  • Buses begin detouring on Philadelphia Ave at Burlington Ave, resuming regular route at Silver Spring station (Bus Bay 223).
