Temporary Detour: Garth Brooks Concert

On Friday, September 18 and Saturday, September 19, from 10:30pm until 11:59pm, nightly, buses will detour due to the Garth Brooks concert at Capital One Arena. Please allow additional travel time and avoid the area if possible.

 

Street Closure:

 

  • Buses will detour due to heavy vehicular and pedestrian traffic from special events

 

The following route will detour:

D40 7th St-Georgia Ave northbound towards Silver Spring

  • Buses begin detouring on 7th St at E St, NW, resuming regular route on 7th St at L St, NW.

D40 7th St-Georgia Ave southbound towards Archives

  • Buses begin detouring on 7th St at K St, NW, resuming regular route on 7th St at Constitution Av, NW.
