Temporary Detour: Fairlington July 4th Parade

On Saturday, July 4, from 7:00am until 1:00pm, buses will detour due to the Fairlington 4th of July Parade. Please allow additional travel time and avoid the area if possible.

 

Street Closure:

  • S. Abingdon St between I-395 & 29th St S
  • S. Abingdon St between 30th St S & 28th St S

 

The following routes will detour:

 

A27

A27 Pentagon-Shirlington-Van Dorn St northbound towards Pentagon

  • Buses begin detouring on N Beauregard St at King St, resuming regular route on Shirlington at Bus Bay C.

 

A27 Pentagon-Shirlington-Van Dorn St southbound towards Van Dorn St

  • Buses begin detouring on 31st S at S Randolph St, resuming regular route on N Beauregard St at King St.
