Temporary Detour: Construction on Crystal Drive on June 23

Route Affected: A1X

Due to construction delays associated with the Transitway Extension project in Arlington County, the Route A1X routing changes originally scheduled as part of the June 21 service changes have been postponed. Effective immediately until further notice, buses will detour due to ongoing construction. The new Route A1X routing will take effect after the construction is completed. 

The following route will detour:

A1X Pentagon City-Braddock Rd northbound towards Pentagon City

  • Buses begin detouring on Crystal Dr at 15th St S, resuming regular route at Pentagon City Station (Bus Bay A).

A1X Pentagon City-Braddock Rd southbound towards Braddock Rd

  • No Detour Required
