Temporary Detour: Art on the Avenue on October 3

Routes Affected: A11, A12

On Saturday, October 3, from 4:00am until 9:00pm, buses will detour due to the Art on the Avenue event. Please allow additional travel time and avoid the area if possible.

Street Closure:

• Mt Vernon Ave between E Bellefonte Ave and Hume Ave

The following routes will detour:

A11 Pentagon – Huntington northbound towards Pentagon

• Buses begin detouring on Mt Vernon Ave at E Monroe Ave, resuming regular route on Mt Vernon Ave at Kennedy St.

A11 Pentagon – Huntington southbound towards Huntington 

• Buses begin detouring on Mt Vernon Ave at Commonwealth Ave, resuming regular route on Mt Vernon Ave at E Nelson Ave.

A12 Ballston – Hunting Point northbound towards Ballston

• Buses begin detouring on Mt Vernon Ave at E Monroe Ave, resuming regular route on Mt Vernon Ave at Kennedy St.

A12 Pentagon – Hunting Point southbound towards Hunting Point

• Buses begin detouring on Mt Vernon Ave at Commonwealth Ave, resuming regular route on Mt Vernon Ave at E Nelson Ave.
