Temporary Detour: 2026 National Race to End Women’s Cancer

On Sunday, September 19, from 12:00 am until 3:00 pm, buses will detour due to the 2026 National Race to End Women’s Cancer. Please allow additional travel time and avoid the area if possible.

• Pennsylvania Ave, NW between 3^rd St and 7^th St, NW
• Independence Ave, NW between 3^rd St and 7^th St, NW
• 3^rd St, NW between Pennsylvania Ave and D St, SW
• 4^th St, NW between Pennsylvania Ave and Madison Dr
• 6^th St, NW between C St and Constitution Ave, NW
• 12^th St, NW between E St and Pennsylvania Ave, NW
• 11^th St, NW between E St and Pennsylvania Ave, NW
• 10^th St, NW between E St and Constitution Ave, NW

D10 Pennsylvania Ave eastbound towards Southern Ave

• Buses begin detouring on 13^th St, NW at E St, resuming regular route on Pennsylvania Ave, SE at 6^th St.

D10 Pennsylvania Ave westbound towards Foggy bottom

• Buses begin detouring on Pennsylvania Ave, SE at 6^th St, resuming regular route on 13^th St, NW at E St.

D1X Pennsylvania Ave Limited

• Buses will operate between Naylor Road Station and a bus stop located on 13^th St, NW at G St (stop ID# 1001073).

D44 11^th St

• Buses will operate between Fort Totten Station and a bus stop located on 11^th St, NW at G St (stop ID# 1001068).

D4X 7^th St- Georgia Ave Limited

• Buses will operate between Silver Spring Station and a bus stop located on 7^th St, NW at H St (stop ID# 1003418).

D5X Pennsylvania Ave eastbound towards Southern Ave

• Buses begin detouring on F St, NW at 12^th St, resuming regular route on 14^th St, NW at I St.
