Members of the community are welcome to attend public Metro Board meetings. The public comment period during each Board of Directors meeting is an opportunity for you to express your concerns and comments about Metro Rail, Metro Bus, and Metro Access services, or any other Metro topic. You can provide public comment in person, or submit it in advance.

Board meetings and committee meetings are typically held on the second and fourth Thursday of the month except for November and December. The Board is not scheduled to meet in August. Meetings take place in the Board Room at Metro’s headquarters located at 300 7th Street, SW, Washington, DC 20024.
Accessibility: This location is accessible, located one block south of the mezzanine elevator at L’Enfant Plaza (Blue, Green, Orange, Yellow, and Silver lines), on the opposite side of 7th Street. Please contact the Board in advance if you would like to request accommodation to help you attend an in-person meeting.
