自2025年8月4日起，底层停车位（位于停车场墙南侧的20个停车位）将关闭至2028年1月1日，以便施工。
停车场南侧的人行道将永久关闭，开发商将提供临时人行道。目前，顾客通过行人绕行通道进入临时人行道。
南吻骑行停车场将从2025年8月4日起暂时关闭，直到2028年1月1日，也因施工活动。
2025年11月10日， Metro 开始建设 Grosvenor-Strathmore 联合开发项目。该项目将通过建设“保护区”老年生活设施，将利用率低的土地转变为充满活力的混合用途开发项目，丰富斯特拉斯莫尔广场的社区肌理。该建筑将为二十层高，拥有27个住宅单元，包括多层地下停车场及多项为未来老年人居民提供的便利设施。
客户影响
- 停车场内的底层停车位将关闭至2028年1月1日。
- South Kiss and Ride停车场将从2月起暂时关闭，关闭至2028年1月1日。
