Metro lists properties no longer needed for its own use for sale or lease. Dispositions of Metro property must be conducted with full and open competition and must be conveyed for the current fair market value of the property. Exceptions include dispositions to other governmental entities and when public/community uses are paramount and where it is in Metro's best interest.
