2023年6月5日， Metro 启动了一项重大资本项目，在 Arlington Cemetery站扶梯上方安装两个遮阳篷。一座雨棚将安装在车站北入口、纪念大道北侧，南侧车站入口安装一个雨棚。

Metro 正在安装遮棚，作为一项持续项目的一部分，计划到2026年更换或安装整个 Metro Rail 系统的九个遮棚。遮阳篷为客户和自动扶梯提供遮蔽，保护其使用寿命、寿命和可靠性。
