Lost Smart Trip card
If you lose your registered Smart Trip card, you can get a replacement card with your stored value balance on it, or have the value transferred to another card.
Refunds are only available for registered cards.
There’s a $2 fee for replacement.
If you had a pass on your Smart Trip card or in Smart Trip in Wallet, you’ll get a pro-rated refund as stored value, based on how many days you had left on your pass.
It can take up to 48 hours for the transfer to complete.
