Buses will operate btwn Barnaby Woods and a temporary bus stop located on Western Ave, NW btwn 44th St and Wisconsin Ave until 11:59pm on Monday, September 7 due to the Red Line shutdown.
Effective Sunday June 21, 2026, the following changes will be made to the DC bus stops listed below to accommodate the Metro Bus June Service Change 2026.
Beginning on Thursday, July 9, 2026, until Monday, September 7, 2026, buses will detour due to the Red Line shutdown between North Bethesda and Friendship Heights stations.

Effective Wednesday, July 15, until Wednesday, July 29, the following bus stops on Nebraska Ave, NW will temporarily close due to construction:
· Eastbound/Northbound - Nebraska Ave, NW at Broad Branch Rd (stop ID #1002669)
· Westbound/Southbound - Nebraska Ave, NW at Military Rd (stop ID #1002671)
Beginning Wed, Jul 29, until Wed, Aug 12, Mon–Sat only from 8:30am to 4:30pm, the westbound bus stop on Nebraska Ave, NW at Nevada Ave will be temporarily closed due to construction.
