Thru Sept 6th, shuttle buses replace trains between North Bethesda and Friendship Heights due to summer construction. As a result, Grosvenor, Medical Center, and Bethesda stations are closed. Trains are operating every 6-12 minutes from Friendship Heights to Glenmont due to water intrusion affecting signals outside Van Ness. Work crews are on the scene working to resolve the issue. Some trains are offloading at Dupont Circle to minimize train traffic. Customers will experience significant delays during their commute and should allow additional time for travel.
