Citizen Commendation or Complaint Form
The Metro Transit Police Department (MTPD) is interested in hearing from you and being accountable to our customers.
The MTPD will accept complaints or commendations in writing on this form. Your information will be investigated and the findings will be based on information gained during the investigation. Complainants who have traffic or criminal incidents pending should be aware that this review process will only deal with matters of departmental policy and the conduct of the member of the MTPD.
