Temporary Detour: Festival of Lights and Carols on December 6

Saturday, December 6, 2025 | 10:30am – 7:30pm 

Route Affected: F23 

On Saturday, December 6, from 10:30am until 7:30pm, buses will detour because of the Festival of Lights and Carols. Please allow additional travel time and avoid the area if possible.

Street Closures: 

• University Dr btwn North St and Main St 

The following route will detour:   

F23 Little River Tpk – George Mason eastbound towards King St – Old Town  

• Buses begin detouring on University Dr at Main St, resuming regular route on Main St at East St.  

F23 Little River Tpk – George Mason westbound towards George Mason 

• Buses begin detouring on Main St at Old Lee Hwy, resuming regular route on University Dr at South St.
