Temporary Bus Bay Closure and Detours: Arlington County Multimodal Construction at Ballston-MU Station, May 31

Routes Affected: 10B, 22A, 22C, 23A, 23B, 23T (eastbound)

Arlington County will begin the first phase of its multimodal construction at Ballston-MU Metrorail Station beginning Sunday, May 31 for approximately six months.

Routes 10B, 22A, 22C and eastbound 23A, 23B and 23T which normally serve bus bays B and C at the Ballston-MU Metrorail Station will be reassigned to temporary bus bays on N. Stuart Street as follows:

• Eastbound routes 23A, 23B and 23T will be temporarily reassigned to bus bay T2. Westbound trips will continue to serve bus bay C.
• Routes 10B, 22A and 22C will be temporarily reassigned to bus bay T3
• ART bus routes 42, 51 and 52 will be temporarily reassigned to bus bay T1
• Southbound ART 72 will serve bus bay T3

Routes 22A, 22C, 23A, 23B, 23T will detour due to the Arlington County multimodal construction project at Ballston-MU Metrorail Station, Sunday May 31 to Monday, November 30.

10B Hunting Point-Ballston northbound toward Ballston-MU

Buses begin detouring on N. Randolph St at Wilson Blvd, ending service at temporary bus bay T3 on N. Stuart St.

Buses begin service at temporary bus bay T3 on N. Stuart St, resuming regular route on N. Randolph St at 9th St N.

22A, 22C Barcroft-South Fairlington eastbound toward the Pentagon
