Temporary Detour: Construction on Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Sat. Jan 28

On Saturday January 28, Metrobuses will detour due to a construction project on Pennsylvania Avenue between 29th Street and 28th Street NW from the start of service until 8pm. Please allow additional travel time and avoid the area if possible.
Routes Affected: 33, 38B
Street Closures:
• Pennsylvania Avenue between 29th & 28th Street NW
The following routes will detour:
33 Wisconsin Avenue northbound to Friendship Heights
- Regular Route, No Detour.
33 Wisconsin Avenue to southbound to Potomac Park
- Buses begin detouring on Wisconsin Ave NW at Q St, resuming regular route on Pennsylvania Ave NW at 22nd St.
38B Ballston – Farragut Square eastbound to Farragut Square
- Buses begin detouring on M St NW at Wisconsin Ave, resuming regular route on K St NW at 20th St.
38B Ballston – Farragut Square westbound to Ballston
