Permanent Reroute: Due to the closure of 16th St NW btwn H and K St, October 5

Routes Affected: S2, S9
Due to the permanent closure of 16th St NW between H St and K St, buses will be permanently rerouted. These changes will not be reflected in BusEta until March 2021. Customers may use adjacent stops to determine approximate bus arrival times.

The following buses will be affected:
S2 16th St
Buses will operate between Silver Spring Transit Center and a bus stop on10th St NW at Constitution Ave (stop ID# 1003432).
Northbound buses will no longer serve the following stop:
- 16th St NW at I St (stop ID#1002910).
Southbound buses will no longer serve the following stops:
- H St NW at Madison Pl (stop ID# 1001141)
- H St NW at 14th St (stop ID# 1003467)
- H St NW at 13th St (stop ID# 1001124)
- H St NW at 11th St (stop ID# 1001108).
S9 16th St-MetroExtra
Buses will operate between Silver Spring Transit Center and a bus stop on K St NW at 13th St (stop ID# 1003944).
Northbound buses will no longer serve the following stop:
- 16th St NW at I St (stop ID#1002910).
